All orders are generally shipped within 48 working hours. Please note that shipments from our warehouse take place Monday to Friday. The delivery times given below are the usual delivery times from the moment your order is handed over to the carrier you have chosen. You must therefore add the 48-hour dispatch time announced above.

DPD DELIVERY

DPD delivers your order within 1-2 working days in Metropolitan France (the time depends on the postal code of delivery), to your home, your workplace or a parcel relay. Your parcel is delivered to you against signature.

We offer 3 delivery methods:

To your home in 24-48  hours with the Predict service in Metropolitan France

You will receive a text message when your order is dispatched offering you different delivery times of 3 hours. You can then reply to the SMS to indicate your choice before 11pm. If no time slot suits you, you can go directly to www.dpd.fr for other delivery options (pick-up at a DPD branch, change of address, handing over to a neighbour, etc.) Remember to enter a valid mobile phone number in the field provided!

24-48 hours express delivery in mainland France

When you place your order, you will choose the relay point to which you wish to be delivered, from among the 5900 retailers at your service. You will receive an email and/or SMS informing you of the availability of the parcel. All you have to do is show the shopkeeper an ID card to collect the parcel. You have 10 working days to collect your parcel. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

International home delivery

For all parcels outside metropolitan France, you can have them delivered to your home with DPD International. It takes 3-5 working days for Europe. List of countries eligible for the service: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria; Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Liechtenstein, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Andorra, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Norway, Romania, Bosnia, Serbia and Ukraine.

MONDIAL RELAY AND INPOST DELIVERY

The Mondial Relay and Inpost network represents more than 58,000 relay points in Europe and more than 20 years of experience. Have your order delivered to a relay point, locker or home in 3-5 working days. You can choose the pick-up location when you place your order. You'll then receive a text message and an e-mail informing you of the parcel's availability. You have 14 days to collect your parcel. Countries eligible for the service: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Austria, Spain and Portugal.
